    Whilst this role requires someone who comes from a Data Engineering background, this is a hands off role where you will be a people manager. You will be managing the core Data team but also looking after 2 other streams of work within PowerApps and Sharepoint. You will be required to provide mentorship as well as helping to drive the data strategy within the organisation.

    This role is paying up to £120k as a base salary. You will get up to 10% bonus (Discretionary) as well as a range of other great benefits.     Purpose

    To coordinate SwarmFarm's procurement function so Manufacturing, Field Operations, Supply Chain and customers have the right parts available at the right time, at the right cost and from reliable suppliers.

    This role owns supplier purchase orders, replenishment and forward ordering, supplier follow-up, long lead-time risk management, supplier QA escalation, stock transfers, import coordination and supplier credit returns.



    Role Function

    The Procurement Coordinator turns demand from S&OP, Manufacturing, Field Operations and stock replenishment planning into clear supplier orders and follow-through. The role keeps supplier activity visible, manages supply risks early and ensures procurement decisions support production, field readiness and inventory control.

    This is a practical operational role requiring strong supplier discipline, cost awareness, system accuracy and the ability to keep multiple sites supplied without creating uncontrolled stock growth.

    * Monitor stock levels and agreed replenishment points across all relevant locations.
    * Ensure procurement activity reflects forecast demand, supplier lead times, production needs and field service requirements.



    1 Supplier Management and Supply Risk

    * Manage day-to-day supplier communication, order follow-up, delivery status and supply issue escalation.
    * Identify and manage long lead-time hazards, including SwarmConnect harnesses, 6WD kits and other critical supply items.
    * Support SwarmConnect partner supply activity and coordinate partner implement scheduling with the Scheduler where required.
    * Escalate supplier delivery, quality, pricing or reliability issues early and clearly.



    1 QA, Warranty and Supplier Credits

    * Escalate QA issues with OEM suppliers, fabricated items and other supply partners.
    * Coordinate supplier credit returns for warranty items, overstocks and incorrect or faulty supply.
    * Ensure supplier claims, credits and returns are recorded, followed up and closed.
    * Work with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Field Operations and Finance to make supplier issues visible and recover value where appropriate.



    1 Stock Transfers, Imports and Site Support

    * Maintain accountability for stock transfers between SwarmFarm locations.
    * Coordinate international shipping and import requirements where required.
    * Support all SwarmFarm sites with procurement visibility, order status and replenishment planning.
    * Work with Supply Chain Officer and Parts Coordinator to keep receipting, transfers and order status accurate in the agreed systems.



    1 S&OP and Cost Discipline

    * Attend and contribute to all S&OP meetings as the procurement coordinator.
    * Provide clear supplier lead-time, shortage, cost and risk information to support planning decisions.
    * Contribute to COGS improvement through better buying, supplier follow-up, reduced waste and disciplined purchasing.
    * Ensure procurement decisions are commercially sensible and aligned with agreed stock controls.

    * Ensure strong compliance across inventory control, stocktakes, vehicle stock, tools, field assets and parts traceability.
    * Ensure all parts are allocated to a robot, customer, work order or approved inventory transaction.
    * Ensure labour, travel, parts, customer activity and service outcomes are accurately recorded against the correct customer, robot and ticket.
    * Ensure chargeable work is documented and submitted for invoicing quickly and accurately.
    * Hold leaders accountable for stock accuracy, time recording, work order closure, invoicing readiness and documentation quality.

    8. Global Delivery Model & Market Scalability

    * Design repeatable delivery, commissioning, support and service models for Australia and future markets, including the US.
    * Define global standards while allowing local adaptation for geography, regulation, farming practice and partner capability.
    * Develop processes for company and independent field support in new locations, including scouting and assessing partners.
    * Capture learnings from new markets and feed them back into the global operating model.

    9. Leadership & Team Performance

    * Lead and align the Scheduling Manager, Customer Success Lead, Integrated Autonomy Lead, Field Service Manager and relevant operational support functions.

    Purpose

    The COO runs the business.

    This role is accountable for translating strategy into execution and ensuring SwarmFarm consistently delivers on its commercial, operational, and customer commitments.

    The COO builds and leads a high-performing operating system-covering people, processes, and systems-to enable scalable, repeatable global growth.



    Experience and Qualifications

    Experience

    * Proven executive leadership experience with P&L accountability
    * Track record of scaling complex, cross-functional businesses
    * Strong commercial and financial acumen
    * Experience in AgTech, robotics, OEM, or industrial environments preferred
    * Experience working with Boards and governance structures

    Qualifications

    * Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Agriculture, Business or related)
    * 10+ years relevant industry experience
    * Senior leadership experience (5+ years)
    * Knowledge of WHS and regulatory environments

    Requirements

    * Ability to travel (~30%)
    * Valid driver's license

    * Accountable for delivery of the operating plan and P&L outcomes
    * Ensures revenue, margin, and cost targets are achieved

    Operating System & Cadence

    * Owns the company's operating system:
    * Cadence (meetings, rhythms, reporting)
    * Metrics and dashboards
    * Accountability across teams
    * Drives clarity, speed of decision-making, and execution discipline



    End-to-End Value Chain Performance

    * Accountable for performance across the full customer lifecycle:
    * Marketing → Sales → Manufacturing → Operations → Customer Success
    * Ensures alignment, handoffs, and accountability across all functions
    * Delivers consistent, high-quality customer outcomes at scale



    Commercial Execution Alignment

    * Holds Sales and Marketing accountable for:
    * Pipeline quality and velocity
    * Conversion performance
    * Revenue delivery
    * Ensures commercial activity aligns with delivery capability



    Operational Excellence & Scaling

    * Designs and implements scalable operating models, systems, and processes
    * Drives continuous improvement in: Throughput, Efficiency and Reliability
    * Ensures the business scales without loss of performance or control



    Systems, Data & Infrastructure

    * Owns performance of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, operational systems)
    * Ensures systems are integrated, reliable, and support real-time decision-making
    * Establishes clear data ownership, governance, and reporting



    Financial & Resource Discipline

    * Partners with CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
    * Allocates resources to maximise return and efficiency
    * Drives cost discipline while maintaining delivery quality



    Risk, Safety & Governance

    * Owns operational risk identification and mitigation
    * Ensures compliance with regulatory, safety, and internal standards
    * Embeds strong HSE culture and operational resilience



    Global Scaling & Expansion

    * Builds operating models to support global growth (including US expansion)
    * Ensures readiness across teams, systems, and delivery capability
    * Enables repeatable and scalable market entry



    Leadership & Team Performance

    * Leads and coaches a high-performing leadership team
    * Sets clear accountability and performance expectations
    * Builds capability and succession depth across the organisation



    Board & Stakeholder Engagement

    * Provides clear, data-driven operational reporting to CEO and Board
    * Communicates performance, risks, and opportunities
    * Supports investor engagement with credible operating narratives
