    * A genuine interest in emerging AI technologies, including:
    * Prompt engineering
    * AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, LLMs)
    * Modern development paradigms such as "vibe coding"
    * Tech-agnostic mindset with the ability to adapt and learn across different stacks
    * Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders

    What's on Offer

    * Salary up to £110,000
    * Performance-related bonus
    * Flexible hybrid working model (London-based)
    * Opportunity to progress with AI-driven software development
    * A clear pathway into senior technical leadership
    * Cooperative and forward-thinking engineering culture

If you like the idea of creating an impact on data solutions and driving strategic decisions that fuel growth and innovation, this role offers the opportunities to do exactly that.
